You should get at least a 90 minute nap if you can, or a 15 minute nap. Our brain cycles through stages throughout night, that are 90 minutes long. During every 90 minute mark, your brain is at the lightest sleep, meaning you are less asleep, and then more able to wake up easily.
Why a 15 minute mark then? That's just the set time for a good nap. You should try to at least, nap, you know.
You can reset your sleep schedule with an all nighter. Pull one, then stay up until your desired sleep time. Your brain will recognize your sleep time and feel tired during that time. From then on, you have a sleep schedule.
All nighters can cure depression. However, relapse rates are extremely high, being 95%.
All nighters can do permanent brain damage to the brain.
