Dopamine.
Have you ever heard of it before?
First off, I would like to state that I was previously diagnosed with psychosis, a long time ago. I lied to the psychologists about my symptoms, so things might be off, but…
Dopamine is really what causes schizophrenia and psychosis. Need a study, I’ll show you here: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4032934/
Not just schizophrenia and psychosis, you can imagine it plays a role in paranoia too.
You can tell that’s why this post might sound weird or even childish to you. In fact, this is not my natural dopamine level. I reduce my dopamine levels during the summer breaks to avoid myself from going too paranoid.
My real dopamine level is usually hated by boomers. I also hated them too.
I’m sorry but I might change later. You might hate me later on.
But most importantly, let’s not go too side-tracked.
The thing I wanted to state was that dopamine plays a key role in socializing.
The four main chemicals
Dopamine.
Key chemical in paranoia, delusions, schizophrenia, psychosis, and etc.
Serotonin.
Associated with anxiety.
Oxytocin.
This is known as the love hormone. It’s because it happens when people bond together, in love.
GABA.
Also known as Gamma-Aminobutyric acid.
The cause for autism.
